Invitation to Village Meeting on 24th October
Dear Residents,
You are invited to attend a Village Meeting on 24th October. The meeting will provide an opportunity for you to give feedback on the Gayton Neighbourhood Development Plan, ask for clarification on the Call for Sites Process, and give your views on future village initiatives.
Guest participants will include Lesley Harper from ACRE and Henry Spurrier from Gayton Estate.

Call for sites & housing needs survey
Gayton Neighbourhood Development Plan
Meeting 12 Sept 2026
A key part of the Gayton Neighbourhood Development Plan was to conduct a survey in the spring of 2025. The industry-standard cloud-based survey tool called “SurveyMonkey” was used, but manual (paper) responses were also allowed. SurveyMonkey enabled us to perform automatic analysis of all of the results, some of which is presented below.
