Dear Resident,
The draft Gayton Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) is taking shape, and we would like to invite you to an important community meeting to hear about progress so far and the next steps.
The Neighbourhood Development Plan will help guide future development in Gayton, ensuring that growth reflects the character of our village and the needs and priorities of residents.
What We Will Discuss
Progress Update
Presented by the NDP Team
• Key findings and progress since the 2025 village questionnaire.
• The vision and objectives of the Plan.
• Work completed so far and the programme ahead.
Call for Sites
The Call for Sites paperwork will be delivered to every household in Gayton, and to all landowners in the Parish, during the last weekend in August. Participants will have until 1 December 2026 to respond. More information will be available at the Village Meeting on 12 September.

Housing Needs Survey
